Returns & Refund Policy
Urban Seed Bank is committed to customer satisfaction and the quality of our products. Due to the nature of cannabis seeds, specific return conditions apply. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when and how returns or refunds may be offered.
Eligibility for Returns
Opened seed packaging cannot be returned due to hygiene and legal reasons. Returns are only eligible if the product is:
- Received damaged or defective
- Incorrectly supplied compared to the order
- Lost in transit under investigation
Reporting Issues
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing, you must notify Urban Seed Bank within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, Urban Seed Bank may provide:
- Replacement seeds of equivalent type and quantity
- Store credit for future purchases
- Partial or full refund to the original payment method
Replacements are subject to verification and may require photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.
Lost Orders
If an order appears to be lost in transit, Urban Seed Bank will investigate with the shipping provider. If the order cannot be recovered, a replacement or store credit may be issued.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 working days of confirmation. Urban Seed Bank is not responsible for additional delays caused by banks or payment processors.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened seed packets
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
- Orders cancelled after dispatch
Customer Responsibility
Customers must inspect orders upon delivery and report any issues promptly. Urban Seed Bank reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for orders not reported within the specified timeframe.
