Soak seeds for 12 to 24 hours, then place between damp paper towels until the taproot appears. Transfer to small pots with light compost when the root is visible.

Use a well aerated, loam based soil with good drainage and added perlite. Keep pH around 6.0 to 6.5 for healthy nutrient uptake.

Switch to a bloom formula and feed on a reduced nitrogen schedule starting week three of flowering. Watch leaf tips for salt build up and flush if leaves darken or curl.

Low stress training and topping early produce even canopies and bigger colas. Use stakes or nets outdoors to support heavy flowers.

Keep good airflow, remove inner foliage that blocks circulation and avoid overwatering. For outdoor or greenhouse grows harvest before autumn rain and monitor humidity closely.

Harvest when trichomes show a mix of cloudy and amber for balanced effects. For a more cerebral high pick earlier when most trichomes are cloudy.

Dry in a dark, ventilated room at 18 to 21°C and 45 to 55 percent humidity for about seven to ten days. Cure in glass jars for at least two weeks, burping daily at first.

Watch for spider mites, aphids and slugs outdoors, plus grey mould in damp conditions. Use sticky traps, neem oil or biological controls and keep a clean grow area.

Provide high intensity LED or HPS lighting for strong bud development and aim for 600 to 800 µmol/m²/s at canopy level during flowering. Keep a regular light schedule to avoid stress.

It is forgiving for growers with basic experience but needs attention to humidity and pruning. If you are new, start indoors or in a greenhouse where you control conditions.
